Liaoning Tengfei foundry professional produce gray iron,ductile iron,carton steel and Aluminum
356-T 6 parts,our factory produce valve and valve parts,pipe fitting,pump parts,elevator parts,auto parts,
motor parts,high voltage electrical accessories,investment castings and agricultural parts etc.
In order to meet customer requirements for some big casting parts,LT foundry introduced Automatic resin
sand production line (15 tons of sand mixed per hour) and automatic coated sand production line. Thus
our casting factory can produce parts weight range from 0.3 kg to 6000 KG.
For the engineering steel casting parts,LT foundry owns three different precision casting process,Water
glass precision casting,Compound precision casting and Silica Sol Precision Casting. Main material
include carton steel,alloy steel and stainless steel. If our customers has the high demands for blank
casting surface,we will suggest to choose the Silica Sol Precision Casting process,only the casting cost
is higher than another two casting processes.
Our precision casting workshop has Spectrum Analyzer (Italy),Combined wax injection machine,Shell
production line and Shot blasting machine etc..Our production capacity approach 3000 tons for precision
casting per year.The only disadvantage has the long delivery time from pattern making and sample
production than sand casting,new projects develop time approach need 60 to 70 days.
