       Liaoning Tengfei Foundry is located in the beautiful border city-Dandong City,our casting workshop
    owns  five FBOⅢ shooting pressure removable flask moulding automatic production lines from Japan
    ( flask size:605×505×200㎜), which can produce 120 sand moulds per hour and 9000 tons of castings
     per year,also owns two semi-automatic molding machine,which can produce gray iron and ductile iron
     parts for small casting order each year. 

      LT foundry mainly produces gray iron parts,ductile iron parts,Vermicular cast iron parts,aluminum
    parts,stainless  steel parts and non-ferrous metal parts.Our factory is an expert in Automatic molding
    line production,Furan resin sand casting,Shell Mold casting,Lost Wax Casting and Gravity Casting fields.

      Ductile iron pump valve is widely used in petroleum and metallurgy fields,due to the good mechanical
    properties and wear resistance,almost all customers use materials iron HT200,HT250 and ductile iron 
    QT450,QT500. However,Producers must to take the stress tests before ship for each ductile iron pump
    valve,make sure is no leak problem of pump valve.
