AMFIII-08L III Automatic Molding Line


The AMF-07L/R and AMF-08L Automatic Molding Line is the international advanced horizontal parting and removable flask shoot and squeeze molding line imported from Japan( flask size: 605×505×200),which can produce 120 sand moulds per hour and 7000 tons of castings per year. We then introduced a world leading static pressure automatic production line ( flask size: 1000×800×350/300) which can produce 100 sand moulds per hour and 80,000 tons of castings per year.

Lost Wax Investment Casting Process

The Investment casting is also named Lost Wax Investment Casting Process,Lost Wax Investment casting will has better surface roughness,even can reach 0.4-3.2μm.


The investment casting foundry uses the yellow wax and water glass as the materials. The lost wax process makes the castings to keep the surface and inside inspection, and relative low cost.


Lost Wax Investment Casting can guarantee high dimensional tolerances,casting tolerance even can reach CT4 TO CT6,it will greatly reduce allowance of castings and reducing production costs.

Resin Sand Molding Equipment


Dandong Casting Foundry produces Gray Iron and Ductile Iron castings by furan resin sand casting process. Furan resin sand is a kind of self-hardening sand. After burning of coating, the surface of the sand mold will become solid, very hard.


Therefore, this  furan resin sand process could be used to produce middle and large size of iron castings, from dozens of kilograms to dozens of tons. Max. 100 tons per piece is possible.


Advantages of this casting process will be good surface quality, less casting defects, could be used to produce complex castings and good dimensional tolerance.

 

The disadvantages will be high production costs, so caused high casting prices, low production rate, so not suitable to produce small iron castings. Moreover, this casting process can not be used to produce steel castings, because of its poor gas permeability.

Green Sand Machine Molding Equipment


We are using the machine molding line to replace the traditional manual molding method now,Machine moulding could guarantee the same moulding pressure, and stable moulding quality, so to produce iron castings with stable dimensions and quality.

 

The molding machine has some difference with automatic molding line. In the molding machine process,we only to use molding machine to finish moulding process,so that our worker need to remove the sand moulds to another places for the following processes,for example pouring hot liquid iron and clean the sand,so we can kept the hot iron in the sand mould according our engineer request.After the iron has become very cool,we could break the sand mould.However,the molding process almost impossible to be completed through automatic molding line,because their casting equipment are different.
