casting,shell casting,investment casting,gravity casting and Coated sand casting.
We have our own mold workshop, casting workshop and machining workshop.So that we can shorten the delivery

We are the largest casting supplier for railways in Spain and Germany,our foundry owns five FBOⅢ shooting pressure
removable flask moulding automatic production lines from Japan ( flask size:605×505×200㎜), we can ensure delivery
time according our order plan,it is very important for our customer to taking the purchase plan.
Most project materials are nodular cast iron QT450 and QT500 for the Railway parts.However,some key parts still need
sufficient strength and stability,we need to take low temperature heat treatment for our ductile iron parts.It is not a easy
work in China,fortunately, our foundry can do very well.
