Liaoning Tengfei Foundry has 4 automatic coated sand casting machines,as the largest supplier of gray cast iron
exhaust manifolds for Dorman in China,we have developed more than 60 different exhaust manifolds until now.Our
molds and casting engineers has rich technical experience to deal with problems when we produce exhaust manifolds.
Exhaust manifolds has the complex shapes,it is why always need to take the long time to making the manifolds
pattern,it takes about 45-50 days to making one new molds for manifold.However, many customers only have exhaust
manifolds samples,they don’t have technical engineers to make step drawings.In order to solve the problem,LT foundry
purchased 4 set 3D scanners to Scanning and free taking the step drawings according to customer's sample.
Most exhaust manifold materials are ductile iron QT450,QT500 and gray cast iron HT200,HT250 .However,some
customers also taking the manifolds material of aluminum 356-T6,stainless steel and vermicular cast iron.Fortunately,
we can produce these different material manifolds through ourselves.
In addition,our casting workshop has 6 set shell shooting machines,we can control the production cycle according
the customers's order plan.Looking forward to providing more services for every customer.
